The painting by Jan Dibbits, "Perspective
Correction — My Studio Square I "Square
on the Wall of My Studio" is "pathological"
in the sense that it has purposely been made
to have ambiguous perspective. The square on
the wall in the studio is out of perspective
to the room, or alternatively, the square on
the wall is in perspective, but the room is
not in perspective. The perspective is
ambiguous by design.
